Planning Your Trip
Once your are ready to schedule a trip to Eagle Bluff, the exciting planning begins! Our Residential School Coordinator works closely with you to guide you through the planning process and provide you with all the materials and tools you will need to plan a fabulous experience for your students!
Step One: Set a date for your trip.
- Find a date that works for your school
and will fit into Eagle Bluff's schedule. Contact our Residential School Coordinator
to check date availability. Eagle Bluff will
typically not book dates over a year away, due to our priority
re-booking system for repeat groups.
Step Two: Reserve your dates.
- After dates have been selected, you will
be asked to fill out a Reservation Request Form to secure those dates for your group. Your final contract will be sent at a later date.
Step Three: Visit and Review Program Planning Documents page.
- The Program Planning Documents webpage is where you will find the School Program Planner, a tool to help you choose classes and find tips for your upcoming trip; the Chaperone Guide, a source of information and expectations for adults assisting with the trip; and Planning Forms, the documents you provide Eagle Bluff so we can plan and prepare for your groups specific needs.
